#teamhaem would always marrow kids prior to steroids. Not adults if everything else ok. Don't marrow lymphoma unless HD with abn fbc

#teamhaem if bleeding add in IVIG and consider plts and tranexamic acid. Would avoid contact sports until plts stable. Night night!
