Had an incredible time presenting my research with Marcus Winters on the effects of English learner reclassification at my first European conference, #IWAEE2024, this past Monday! It was lovely catching up with old friend and mentors, and making new connections.


I AM SO EXCITED to get to do Project SUSTAIN with seriously one of the BEST research teams I can possibly imagine😊led by the peerless Nelson Brunsting! We'll be developing & pilot testing a working conditions intervention for special educators serving students labeled with EBD.
