I saw a patient after DCCV for afib ablation and he complained of mild right hand weakness. I thought he had CVA. Stat MRI was a shocker. Never thought l will do neuro exam again #EPeeps

Very symptomatic PAC's. Patient couldn't sleep and has baseline bradycardia. I was very reluctant about mapping it as burden was only 5%.
