Something a little different this morning as the wildlife seemed to be hiding. A shot I’ve wanted to get for a while, a Blue Damselfly watching from behind a blade of grass.

Had a wonderful break away at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve a stunning reserve!

Lovely evening watching this local barn owl hunt and fly around, never know what lens to put on as it’s so unpredictable!

Fantastic morning walking along the river bank, it’s the simple things in life we take for granted!

A few from this mornings walk at Barnwell country park.

Up early doors this morning as per usual, had the place to myself! When no one’s about nature comes out 👌🏻 photos of a lovely juvenile Green Woodpecker and a Long tailed tit!

After seeing hundreds of Buzzards sitting by the roadside and soaring up way to high for a decent photo over the years, I was lucky enough to have one fly straight over me on my walk this morning. ✅

A foggy, damp, misty Saturday morning at Summer Leys made it difficult for decent photos, the Marsh Harrier came very close unlike when the conditions are perfect for photos and it keeps it’s distance 😂🙈

A lovely summers morning watching some beautiful birds, you could feel the crisp autumnal air, the vegetation is dying back, but the wildlife will always be there, fighting to survive!

My first clear views of a Bittern, distant but great to watch it disappear and reappear from the reeds, a master of camouflage! Also a Red kite which has colours on it unusual to the ones I normally see, very dark/black feathers!

The big man is 4 🐶 he stole my heart as a puppy, smaller than a tin can and been a pleasure to have in our family, let’s hope for many more years together 🥰

How it started and how it finished 😊

A cold day yesterday, most the wildlife was hunkered down trying to stay warm, this little mouse was searching for food along the path so I helped him out.
