After nearly a month of snow it's now almost all gone. We managed to spend lots of time out and about and it gave some great opportunities for pictures.

With all the snow pictures we're still processing, we've been thinking forward to our spring bear trip in Finland. We time these in April to try and get the bears just coming out of hibernation with some snow still on the ground. We have just a few places left on this tour in 23.

We've just caught up with all our processing from being out and about in the snow this last month. Some of the colours were beautiful, especially sunrise, which at the moment is quite late in the morning.

We've just been enjoying another week of snow, which is now just disappearing. I'm sure it's not the last of it we'll see here, we also can't wait for the hopes of snow on our early trip to Finland in April. We still have a few spaces left if you fancy joining us.

Winter light can be beautiful and add such atmosphere to our pictures. We love heading out to Finland in April when they can still have snow on the ground and the light is perfect with the Bears just waking up from hibernation.

All packed and ready to head to Inverness airport, can't wait to meet the group and see the Dalmatian Pelicans.

The snow has arrived, but we do have a little bit of sunshine as well!

It's snowing here again today, but what a wonderful week we've had with snow storms and beautiful blue skies! This weeks group have certainly had some great opportunities.

We're still enjoying the snow here and getting out and about. The lovely Highland Cows don't mind the weather and happily let our small group get within a good distance. They look great in the harsher weather, with their thick warm coats and hair over their faces.

Summer is a fantastic time to photograph the majestic Brown Bear. The landscape looks amazing with the cotton grass, the mothers are out with their young cubs and the big male Bears argue over who is King Bear. If you fancy joining us on the trip just head over to our website
