Rescued by the RSPCA, "Wall-doh", had obviously underestimated the size of his back-end, as he found himself stuck at the base of a wall. Whilst, the wall didn't cause any major damage, Wall-doh is suffering with mange and some pretty nasty sitting-bone wounds as a result.

We like to go above and beyond for our patients, so when this little hoglet arrived with an upset tummy, vet, Raul, got her cleaned-up quick smart, before hydrating her and giving her a cosy bed🥰.  Is this not the cutest?!

When the caller saw the bird tumble to the ground and under the car, she stopped, scooped him up and brought him straight over. On assessment, the managed to get away relatively unscathed, but, the other major threat to this jay’s life was the tick imbedded above his left eye.

Found wing-walking, no, not on a plane, actually using its wings to walk, the bird has no obvious wounds or injuries but is unable to hold herself up, despite having grip in both legs. X-rays were clear, so, time and support is the plan, with some help from anti-inflammatories.

"Gatetrude" was trapped by her own leg, with signs she had been struggling for a while. However, some swelling, bruising and temporary inability to use her leg, found Gatetrude to be one lucky fox!

This male kestrel is TEN!! The oldest recorded Eurasian kestrel was 16 years old, so we're helping this guy hopefully become a record contender! Despite no fractures, he's showing difficulty in taking flight and maintaining it, but our Vet detectives are on the case!

With a fracture to his humerus this owl needs surgery, but, lucky for him, we don't just have an ace vet duo, full time, we also have the dedication of several volunteer vets, who come with an array of backgrounds, expertise and, of course, passion to help wildlife.

This poor pigeon came off worse after a sparrow hawk attack. With the back of the bird's head completely scalped, our vets would certainly have had a tough job to repair it. Sadly, the bird was only brought in three days later, making the damage it had suffered, irreversible🥺.

We would like to give our utmost thanks to these adorable little faces and their incredible teacher, Diana, from Sir E Scott School. They helped educate their local community about wildlife and raised an astounding £1,304.15 for us, at the same time!  What a bunch of superstars!💫

Our tawny owl with the broken wing survived his surgery💪. Needing an external fixator to hold the humerus bone together whilst it heals, we now have to wait at least 4 weeks before the pins can be removed. Support his care, here - justgiving.com/campaign/winte…

Vehicle collisions make up 9% of our annual patient intake and ranks in our top 5 reasons for admission. We know many collisions are unavoidable, but slowing down, especially at night, you could dramatically decrease the likelihood of a fatal collision.
