A fly-tipping offence on an industrial scale has been dumped on an elderly farmer’s land in Hertfordshire. The waste is feared pose a danger to human health and to cause land contamination. Our senior reporter Zoé Head-Thomas met neighbouring farmer Will Dickinson at the scene.
