We’re good to go this morning. The flood has subsided but it is VERY MUDDY. We considered the alternate course but the very small amount of frost (there are some small patches which will hopefully defrost by 0900h) meant that the hill start was not a viable alternative.

Quite a challenging parkrun this morning. Well done to everyone that braved the rain, mud and puddles and thanks to the awesome volunteers.

We will be on the winter course today 1 short lap and 3 long laps, avoiding dog poo bin corner (as shown in the photo) This will allow that surface area to recover from all the rain and mud churn recently.
