WICL is disappointed to read of the Court of Appeal endorsing a Recorder’s inappropriate and gendered language.  It is deeply regrettable to see a judge referring flippantly, as the Recorder in the trial did, to an advocate’s gender in the courtroom, making generalisations (1/3)
