Congrats to Gökhan Hotamışlıgil, recipient of the John K. & Mary E. Davidson Award which celebrates University of Toronto's legacy of diabetes research. Dr. Hotamisligil's lecture took us on a subcellular journey through the liver, highlighting the importance of form and function in metabolic control.
