R's: We're going to cut Medicaid. D's: People will lose their health insurance. R's: Liars! CBO: Actually, yeah, people will. A lot of people, in fact. Millions.

To my fellow Democrats— The messaging is not that Trump is getting a luxury jet. The message is that he’s focused on getting himself a luxury jet while he’s raising the prices of groceries, clothes, electronics and cars for everyone else thanks to his tariffs.

“In no uncertain terms, millions of Americans will lose their health care coverage, hospitals will close, seniors will not be able to access the care they need, and premiums will rise for millions of people if this bill passes," Pallone says.

You just can’t make this stuff up. In one day: Trump accepted a $400m plane for his eventual personal use He and Republicans have put in writing a $5.5 trillion tax cut mostly for the rich. He and his party have put in writing a 715b cut to Medicaid to help pay for said tax

There is nothing moderate about this plan! As it stands now, 13 million people could lose coverage - that’s the entire population of Pennsylvania. Not one person should lose their health care to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy and big corporations.

The Rules Committee meets at 1 AM on Tues night/ Weds morning to ram through this disastrous bill. Why? Because they don't want you to see them ripping healthcare from millions of Americans. You do not hold a hearing for a bill at 1 AM unless you're completely ashamed of it.

If you earn less than $20,000 a year, the House budget plan absolutely rakes you over the coals. Many will lose BOTH their health care and food assistance all to give the top 5% of earners at least $1.5 trillion in new tax breaks. Ghastly.

When people show you who they are, believe them. Republicans have showed you who they are. One of their leaders, Sen Joni Ernst, just told you they don’t care if people die from Trump’s Medicaid cuts. On camera, in her Iowa townhall. Believe them! #DemsAbroad #VoteFromAbroad

You can argue the federal government shouldn’t spend as much on Medicaid. You can argue that CBO’s projections of people losing health coverage are over-estimated. You can’t argue that cuts to Medicaid of over $700 billion over a decade won’t result in people losing coverage.
