Humira formulation patents: 22 in US, 2 in EU. You’d think EU ones’d be broad & US narrow, right? NOPE! US has 22 super broad ones, covering HUGE amount of space. EU has 2 really narrow ones (req’g specific experimental data). Results: US thickets Bernard Chao & R Goode #IPSC2022

I got a special thank you from several first years for using last year's edition of the casebook and not the new one (saved $$$). Time for 1st year casebooks to join IP law and have more free and inexpensive casebooks.

bloomberglaw.com/bloomberglawne… This proposal would seem to align ITC exclusion orders closer with those court decisions that look at competition as a powerful indicator for issuing a permanent injunction under eBay. Does it have series support? Charles Duan

Just read about the "universally acknowledged principle of law ubi jus, ibi remedium (where there is a right, there is a remedy)." However, my constitutional law colleagues have taught me that we are not in the Universe?
