Absolutely insane radar-estimated rainfall totals coming in from central NC this morning. Chantal dumped 10"+ in Chatham, Alamance, Orange, Caswell, and Person counties in a matter of hours. Miraculously, no Chantal-related deaths are being reported in NC.
