I'm all pooped out literally. Weekend of water vole survey before peatland restoration works. Feeling a bit damp in the mist and looking forward to the car heater when I get down off the hill lol

Greater butterfly numbers are increasing around the farm this year, which is a joy when they pop up in new fields

It's been a few days of discovery on the farm with the nice weather. Just need to get on the bracken crushing this week now x

You know it's worth all the time and effort when you see the orchids spread once the bracken is managed. It's the reward when you wonder "am I even making a difference!".
