The OHSAA announced Friday afternoon that they have submitted a plan to move forward with ALL fall Sports beginning August 1st; the OHSAA is awaiting approval from Governor's Office/Ohio Dept of Health!

A great quote on the 400 from coach Mike Hurst: "Ultimately, we cannot run a really fast 400m without being really fast over 200m, which means being pretty fast at 150m, 100m, 60m, etc. Therefore, at some stage, every program must attend to the priority of Speed Development."

Thank you to the OHSFCA for all of their hard work and thought in their plan! We know this isn’t a finalized document but a great starting point for the governor and school districts as we try to find “best practices” for everybody so that we can potentially have fall sports!

Reminder to all Xenia coaches and student-athletes grades 7-12, masks are required entering all athletic facilities beginning tomorrow morning and masks should remain on until activity starts or when 6ft of social distancing can’t be maintained! XeniaCommunitySchools #IWantASeason

Athletes and parents don’t forget tomorrow is picture day for all fall high school sports except tennis. Athletes must wear a mask until it is their picture time. When it’s your picture time we want to see that good looking smile!
