Here are the #Omicron #SARSCoV2 mutations in each gene and the drugs, candidates, & vaccines that target them. The 3CL protease and RNA polymerase have only 1 mutation each (unlike spike, which has >30); the drug candidates targeting them might be more likely to retain efficacy.
