1/ On #LongCovidAwarenessDay2025 I feel blessed I am at 95% recovered, I’ve had a day which encompassed housework, spray painting, cooking and the gym. But, I still can’t do long distance cycle rides or running. Many more people can’t even leave their bed or homes. #LongCovid

I was 52 in 2020 when I caught it. Lung and kidneys issues ongoing. Now have arthritis as well which may be linked. 🫤

Motive power for the day yesterday. A very pleasant day on the DMU. It was my first shift on this type of train. Pleasantly quiet day shuttling back and for between Swanage and Norden. #swanagerailway
