yoon's gameplan was to declare martial law late at night and put up a few barricades at parliament so that lawmakers couldn't vote against it? And then the lawmakers just hopped the barricades? hope this is the end of it so we can laugh.

So Yoon declared the martial law because the liberals were "paralyzing" the government... nothing like an emergency martial law for the first time in 44 years to un-paralyze them and spur them to their chamber at 12:40am to vote against the declaration.
