At last night’s Scrutiny everyone acknowledged Blue Badge Holders will be discriminated against, acknowledged many will be excluded from accessing the city centre, acknowledged more could be done to prevent this... yet still chose to press on with a permanent change. It’s wrong.

Started mapping out our evaluation yesterday for Arts Council England and City of York Council we will be using story telling methodologies, systems thinking and open communication to help make sense of all the wisdom from the week.
