❗#TrocarSiteHernia - A Hidden Risk in Laparoscopy. Incisions >10 mm can lead to #IncisionalHernia. Key factors: ☑️ Bladed trocars (use blunt ones!) ☑️ Prolonged surgery ☑️ Umbilical entry points ☑️ SILS (high hernia risk—avoid it!) ✅ Always suture the fascia at >10 mm sites!
