There's been a serious RTC on Rudding Lane & the road is blocked with police attending. Traffic leaving Brown car parks will be directed to turn right onto Rudding Lane towards A658. Traffic leaving Green Car parks will be directed left towards A658 joining the one-way system.

🚨 TRAVEL 🚨 There's been a collision on the A1(M)/A59 at junction 47 - Allerton Park - on the bridge over the motorway involving a car and a motorcyle. Police say the road is likely to be closed "for some time", and traffic will be "extremely heavy".

🚨 TRAVEL 🚨 The A1(M) is CLOSED both northbound and southbound between J49 (Dishforth) and J48 (Boroughbridge) following a serious multi-vehicle collision. Emergency services are on the scene.
