I'm trying to add dorado for basecalling in nanoseq in the coming nf-core hackathon nf-co.re/events/2023/ha… Does anyone have a docker container for dorado? I tried making one last year, and getting cuda in the Dockerfile to configure dorado is not the easiest thing

OMG, NUS dorm is not kicking me out!! So thankful that I can still stay in my dorm in my last year of PhD! Thank God for answering the many months of prayers! Was literally asking around about passive income if I have to live off-campus when rent in Singapore has gone wild.
