But I would stress that we’re in uncharted territory here. Only the regime knows how much damage it has sustained, and what it has left with which to fight. Peace or war are binary ends on a spectrum. Where each side’s next moves will lead is unknowable. May cooler heads prevail.

I think it's rude to over-generalize, but my opinion of a lot of left-wing media is unfortunately well-summarized by these two facts: 1. The Chapo guys refused, repeatedly, to talk to me and Ezra after we were pitched for their show during the abundance tour. 2. Now, Will

Really hope this ceasefire holds but no one should miss that the Trump-Netanyahu war apparently managed to set back Iran’s nuclear program a fraction as much as the agreement Trump withdrew from at Netanyahu’s urging. Great job guys.

This is false. Iran stored most of the 400 kg of HEU in tunnels at Isfahan. Neither the US nor Israel struck those tunnels. They aren't "buried" although Iran did backfill the tunnel entrances with dirt before the strike. No one knows where the HEU is now.

Exclusive: US strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities did not destroy the core components of the country’s nuclear program and likely only set it back by months, according to an early US intel assessment. The WH says the assessment is "flat-out wrong." cnn.com/2025/06/24/pol…

I know it's fashionable to say scandals don't matter anymore, but Cuomo really did have a huge weight around his neck. Federal & statewide politicians who resigned after a scandal are 0-for-11 at political comebacks since 1990, with 1 TBD.

I think this is certainly true ideologically, as most of the country isn't NYC. Zohran's impact will be most felt, I suspect, in strategy and style. Tons of candidates will copy his media strategy and focus on cost-of-living, even if their substantive politics are different.

Happy birthday to the greatest articulation of critical American patriotism, Frederick Douglass’ “What, to the Slave, is the Fourth of July”
