Several people correctly guessed that this lesion was a desmoplastic small round cell tumor. There was dot-like positivity on desmin immunostaining, and a t(11;22) EWSR1-WT1 translocation. This is the only time I've seen DSRCT involve the colon so dramatically. #pathology #gipath
