Montana’s YIMBY policies have really worked. Amazing there are only 4 state senators for the state to approve bills. One bill was genius: let cities & counties decide 5 of 14 YIMBY policies to implement, enabling locals to decide what works for them. open.substack.com/pub/davidrober…
