Diet and exercise. There aren’t any shortcuts.

I eat high quality, whole foods. Lots of fruit and veggies, very little dairy, and no grains. I also eat a macronutrient breakdown that includes A LOT of protein and supports my activity level and the number of calories I burn each day.

Training is bigger than weight loss, it’s helped my mental health to tackle something I’ve wanted to do for so long. Wellness is the goal, and the lifestyle is the key. #StarkNaked2021 #SupportFromPenny

Wednesday's are my day off from physical training but that doesn't mean personal growth stops. The 1.5 hrs before my kids get up is set aside for mental training. Developing the purpose and vision for your life leads to wellness. #StarkNaked2021
