Z Kesimoglu (in the lab of Serdar Bozdag) at ACM BCB gives a nice overview of how GNNs can be used to integrate many types of genomic data for cancer subtype prediction. Basically, you build a GNN for each genomic feature & then concatenate the embeddings.
