The afternoon session Cooking and Crafts has been having all sorts of fun over the last two and a half weeks. We've made things like these fruit pizzas and pop up lizards, along with lots of other fun and yummy things. #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

Last week for Grades 3-6 was Ocean Week. We learned about the layers of the ocean and what kinds of animals live there. Ms. Kemnetz planned a whole day on sharks. We played a bean bag toss game and got to create paper sharks too! #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

Mrs. Betty Burns donated some beautiful flowers to the school's front parking lot garden. The Kindergarten and 1st graders had fun planting and watering the garden! They worked so well together!! #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

Week 3 was Camping Week for Grades 3-6. Students got to build tents to read in and make solar ovens for smores! #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

Last week was outdoor or camping week for the kids in Mr. Stead's class. When he asked if they had ever played four square they all said no, but they all had a great time learning. #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

During Super Hero Week the 3-6 students got to create their own superhero, create comic strips, and play Save the Hostage (Capture the Flag)! #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

In the final week of summer school, Mrs. Mocker and Ms. Kemnetz helped the afternoon kiddos make bird feeders and tie-dye shirts! #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

First day of the Speed/Agility and Strength/Conditioning camp for our 6-12 grade students was a huge success! Thanks to Dave Candra of Forever Fit in Plover and the Eagle Booster Club for providing this opportunity! #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

Our boys' basketball athletes participated in a Wednesday night basketball league this summer. Those participating included TJ Lamb, Ayden Phillips, Brody Dernbach, Shane Klismith, Connor Brewer, Emmitt Stiles, Davis Dernbach, and Baden Ramirez. #AlmondBancroftPRIDE

Last week our new 8th Grade Agriculture class learned hands-on skills, such as weed and plant identification, by weeding our courtyard garden. Tucker Stiles, Kaylee Doll, and Charlie Hutkowski bravely cleaned and refilled the goldfish pond. #AlmondBancroftPRIDE
