Peggy Moore & Hope Wood were remarkable women who dedicated their lives to equality & justice. Their values brought them together & are the legacy they leave behind. Their family & friends are hurting, but we must remember we are all connected through the work they did every day.

Many newsrooms slashing positions like these. Investment in diverse owned media has slowed down (& was already low). This is bad already, but the implications for this during a disinfo rich election where both sides are attempting to court voters of color are downright chilling.
