Here’s a brief summary of what we found: Using #cryoEM, we found the chromatin regulator complex PRC2 to form dimers on chromatin. PRC2 dimerization had been shown before, e.g. by Tom Cech, @KJArmache, Xin Liu (UT Southwestern), Vignesh Kasinath labs

Cool new method for mapping TF occupancy (DynaTag) Anything that gets us closer to native TF biology is a step toward removing the ‘undruggable’ label from these targets. The most importnat TFs seem to prefer weak/transient interactions, this helps to preserve those.

Can't wait to try this out. Seems like a very simple (yet elegant) adaptation to our CUT&Tag protocols that we should be able to implement immediately.
