This is the exact opposite of how Homes for Ukraine worked. Richer areas sponsored more Ukrainians That policy remains popular because refugees were settled in places that had the greatest capacity to accommodate them, rather than overburdening already-deprived communities

The logical conclusion of this argument is that most ppl shouldn't have more than 2 kids If you have your 3rd kid while doing well, but then disaster strikes & you need support, this policy means you can't get what you need-few of us can be 100% sure that we won't ever need help
