Well, Matalan have had my complaint for 2 whole weeks today. Happy Anniversary! It would be lovely if they’d actually respond and do something about it!?

What adds to my frustration is that since complaining to Matalan, I’ve been receiving marketing emails. So they’re happy to use my email to send me sales material but not to respond to my complaint!?
