As part of raising awareness for Stroke prevention I am planning to run 1500 miles this year. # NHS 1500 miles to prevent strokes. Have clocked 160 miles in January. Blood pressure is the major risk factor for strokes. Hence encouraging everyone to get your pressure checked.
