Day 95/366 #photoaday Today, I was back in action, installing The Meanwood Road Project Project Bioblitz exhibition on the street. In this latest project, around 60 volunteers catalogued as much wildlife as possible over a year. If you’re in the area, stop by to discover what we found.

Today The Meanwood Road Project launches our outdoor exhibition of local wildlife (with around 70 photos by, ahem, yours truly 😊). An amazing 774 species recorded by 59 volunteers in one year! Join us at 2pm Meanwood Farm. (Thx to The National Lottery Heritage Fund North & Leeds Council News for your support)

A fantastic launch of an outdoor exhibition in Leeds by The Meanwood Road Project, showing the species documented by 59 local volunteers during the Meanwood Valley Bioblitz project. Great work helping to protect our natural heritage, made possible thanks to #NationalLottery players 🐛🐦🌱

A delight to attend the celebration of The Meanwood Road Project #bioblitz today and see Cluny Macpherson and learn more about the work of Meanwood Farm - such a valuable community asset! The National Lottery Heritage Fund North

Day 148/366 #photoaday There was a rainbow over Tyre Land today. That’s how things roll on my street The Meanwood Road Project #rainbow #tyres

We have managed to fund another permanent exhibition of the Meanwood Valley Bioblitz and place it Meanwood Farm. Its opposite the goats! Lovely to have this up in two places now for it to be enjoyed. Thanks to the farm for hosting it. #NatureFacts

Day 171/366 #photoaday Waiting to cross the road with Katy and our life-size cutouts for The Meanwood Road Project photo shoot. We've been waiting for the blue sky and sunshine. #largeaslife

Day 185/366 #photoaday One of the many lovely things that have come out of The Meanwood Road Project is the get-togethers over nature in the valley. I’m particularly fond of the ‘moth & wine’ evenings, sitting on the hillside waiting for the moth trap to fill up. #moths

Day 188/366 #photoaday At the end of a botany walk today with The Meanwood Road Project, learning about the grasses and flowers on Sugarwell Hill, I sat by ‘the best bench in the world’ and photographed them in all their gloriousness. #flowers

Day 192/366 #photoaday It’s time to deliver postcard No.11 down my street with The Meanwood Road Project. #postcards

Fun morning lending The Meanwood Road Project 's moth trap to our friends Horsforth Climate Action. Trapped 39 moths of 19 different species overnight, all safely released.

Day 228/366 #photoaday Parking outside our houses The Meanwood Road Project might be tricky right now, but there's also a sense of calm. Bus Stop Not In Use #signs

Day 95/365 #photoaday Out and about delivering Postcard No.12 for The Meanwood Road Project latest installation at the end of April. #road #street

Day 116/365 #photoaday Installed 30 lifesize cutouts and 4 dogs on my road today as part of The Meanwood Road Project. A very playful kind of day.

Day 157/365 #photoaday Some of the life-size figures came home today after six weeks on our road. Looks a bit like a first day of school photo—or maybe the last. Either way, Pandora’s earned a break on The Meanwood Road Project
