Guten Morgen! 🇩🇪 we all slept very well, some of us needed to be woken up this morning and we are now eating our breakfast before we leave for the school.

Settled into our first day at the school. We joined the assembly, introduced ourselves and watched a dance. The children are having their morning snack and playtime 🍎

First lesson done , the children took part in PE, English and a lesson on their senses! Green Ridge Primary

Second lesson complete, we played a memory game and made symmetrical pictures. 🧠🦋

School day finished! We have been joined by pupils who visited Green Ridge last year for a buffet and some free time! 🌭🧀🛝

This afternoon we took part in a treasure hunt around Stahringen village. We looked for clues and had a prize waiting for us on return to school. 🥾⛰️🏅 pic.x.com/eRGtcYUtxk

Back on the bus for our second day at school! 🏫

This morning, the children have been looking at symmetry in maths, matching words to pictures in German and programming Lego in Class 3/4 Green Ridge Primary

We have been taking part in a collaborative project for the next part of the morning. This involved some children that are planning to visit Green Ridge next year. 🧩

We are very lucky to be taken out for lunch to a local restaurant with a view of Lake Constance. The children are practising ordering their drinks and food in German alongside new friends they have made 🇩🇪 🍕 🥤

Treated to ice cream after our delicious lunch and now time to play in the local park before our next activity. 🛝🍦

We spent our final afternoon taking part in a beaver workshop, we got to visit a beaver home before saying Tschüss to our new friends 🇩🇪 👋🏻 🦫

Decided to fill our evening with Germany has got talent! We had jokes, gymnastics and travel reenactments of the best bits. 🤸🎭🤡

We have just left the accommodation, ready to begin our journey back to England! 🧳 🚆
