Year 8 RS completed a unit of work considering the question 'Where is God?'. They looked at arguments both for and against the existence of God and created a piece of artwork to share their own ideas. #achievement #wisdom

Our Archie's Destination Days have continued to be a hit with students, most recently tasting the best of Jamaican flavours. Students enjoyed beef patties served with spicy wedges, rice and peas, Jamaican style chicken wraps, and Caribbean coconut cake. #respect #service

Our year 8 girls' football team competed in the County Cup final this week against Outwood Academy Portland. We unfortunately just lost concentration in the last few minutes to concede the second goal. The girls should be so proud of their achievement. #achievement #humility

We have a rich history from humble beginnings in church in 1788. Our archived Punishment Book logs strokes of the cane between 1949- 1978 (outlawed in state schools in 1986). A fascinating record of a contentious practice, from a society very different to ours today. #humility

Today we said goodbye to year 11 as they leave us today for the next steps on their individual journeys. We wish them all the best. We know that students have worked hard to achieve their potential and deserve recognition for their resilience. #achievement #respect #humility
