CHIEF'S COIN RECOGNITION- J.T. Mills, a Municipal Works employee at the City, was recognized at Council for his role while on shift, in a March 13 incident with a man in medical distress. We are grateful and proud of J.T. for demonstrating a selfless act in a critical situation.
