Hi Shelagh Fogarty LBC the taxes on rents on turnover rather than profit made is also the case for hospitality, we are taxed 20% on sales wether we make profit or not, then we are taxed on 25% on profit Hence why restaurants are closing at record levels 🤷🏼‍♂️
