At the #TraumaInformed Lancs Conference this morning, listening to some amazing speakers working to make the county more trauma aware and helping people in a trauma informed way. Focusing on the root causes is key, but having laws and consequences in place is also important. We all need to work together - communities and partners - to create real change. We need a balance to make sure there's accountability and progress.

Busy day filming with Channel 5 News today to discuss the law change around owning zombie knives & machetes. The VRN will work alongside this important law change to continue tackling the root causes of violence, because any blade can devastate lives, families and communities.
