Working on a mental health app that lets you chat with a therapist-like LLM. Main focus is voice chat – a much more human medium than typing. How it differs from ChatGPT Voice Mode: - Packaged mental health experience - Pre-loaded persona - Lower price point

There's a surprising lack of resources around integrating with ElevenLabs on iOS with streaming support (chunked transfer encoding with partial audio playback) Wrote up a quick guide on how I got streaming to work: gist.github.com/thenewpotato/1…

Weekend project energy: 2 hours → AI browser assistant by Anna Z and Tiger W ➡️ Sick of tab chaos and endless scrolling, so built something that actually helps. ➡️ Ask it anything about any webpage. It just... works. Using it every day since. Chrome store below 👇

Weekend project with Anna Y. Zhang: an AI assistant you can use on any webpage. Ask it to summarize, explain, or answer questions right where you’re reading—no context switching. Big thanks to Xiaoxiao(Annie) Qin for the shoutout 👇

My AI's memory is terrible. I got sick of it. Introduce Nessie: nessielabs.com It's a personal memory layer that unifies all your past conversations. Now you can pick up any past conversation without re-explaining anything. Here's a look: More details below 🧵👇

This is it. The "switching moment." A user was about to use ChatGPT, but reached for Nessie instead to save time retyping context. This is why we're building. Thank you to one of our first-ever users for sharing this. 🤯 Tired of AI amnesia? Give your AI a perfect memory:

Update: And just like that, the button is back. Anthropic has re-enabled their "Export Data" feature. This is a huge win for user data ownership. It shows that when the community speaks up, companies listen. Thank you to everyone who engaged. Our mission for Nessie:

Been thinking about pairing MemGPT with a vector DB. MemGPT is great for fast, short-term context recall — but imagine layering it with a vector database for richer, longer-term memory. Multi-tiered memory systems could get real interesting.
