You don’t need to be an elite endurance athlete to experience saturation. You just need to have a RHR < ~55 bpm. If you have a low RHR, your HRV is probably higher in the seated or standing position and your data/responses to stress/training (etc) will start making more sense.

Hey The Today Show -supplements ARE regulated by the FDA. In fact, supplements have more FDA regulation than functional foods which consumers (and RDs) don’t think twice about before purchasing. As an RD, it angers me that ALL RDs are not aware of this. #supplementfacts
