Black Women’s Equal Pay Day is tomorrow August 3rd this year. Black women must work + 214 days to match White, non-Hispanic men's avg pay in 2020. Black women on avg make 63 cents for every $1.00 paid to White men. Worst in academia when you add unpaid "cultural tax" labor!
