We must stop infantilising our elderly patients! Too frequently, we see them kept in bed with rails up, dressed in dreadful open backed gowns, made to wear pads (needed or not), non-slip socks (even if shoes are available) & then given sippy cups. WHY? #harmfreecare #patientfirst
