Second talk (loving the diversity of systems at #EMBOEvoEco) is Eugenio Mancera studying S. cerevisiae/S. paradoxus hybridisation & introgression in tequila/mezcal agave fermentations (see up to ~40% hybrids, and these contain a continuum from ~90% cerevisiae to ~90% paradoxus).
