Tonight I heard one of my former students speak at the School Board. It was everything a civics teacher could dream of. She was eloquent, respectful, passionate, clear, intelligent, and confident. What a privilege to witness and feel pride.

I think we also ignore the witnesses, who were not injured physically but will never be the same. Thank you for sharing!
