Me and my boyfriend are going to north wales with all wales people Frist for the conference.

Day 1 at the conference, all set up and ready to go.

Won an award this evening for “members” Category for Raising Awareness for Down syndrome. I am feel happier.

My goal 🥅 to reach for next adfest to have my own stall, I can understand the awareness for people with Down syndrome to understand the to have there own goals to achieve, I want them to be more focused and be more independent with them, they do need to support by side them.

Roles I work and volunteer throughout the week.

Had a beautiful birthday today, went out for a lovely 🥰 meal out with my family and close friends. It was lovely to be with my family.

I am off to Cardiff tomorrow with the team, we have a table at #gofor3 event. Come and see us, see what we got to show you all.

I have enjoyed event today, it was nice to be there, and see All Wales People 1st and Learning Disability Wales and also Gerraint Griff was there to. Molly was there today, it was lovely to see her there today.

What a perfect day yesterday, made a new friend, what incredible day I had, I can’t wish for a better day. I had an award for category for my raising for people with Down syndrome. and now this has happened yesterday. What is next on my list to do. Keep eye out.

This what I had for my birthday, new laptop bag for work I am going to use tomorrow for work.

Down Syndrome Walk in Llandeilo at Dinefwr castle, we will be walk up the to castle 🏰, and point is in the car park 🅿️. I have chose the date and time. All family and carers are welcome to join us on the day of the walk, Wear yellow or blue on the day.
