What does a deep ball with 39 MPH arm speed + 466ms release time look like? ✅ Clean sequencing ✅ Good max external rotation ✅ Optimal hip/shoulder separation This is how power gets built and transferred👇

We built SpinlabAi so that you can get access to biomechanics anywhere and anytime. The biomechanics lab Iives in your pocket. Getting data on your throw has never been easier.

Our first webinar on Hip-Shoulder Separation and how that relates to QBs was a success! Really appreciate everyone who registered & attended. Missed and want to watch it? Check it out 👇 try.spinlabai.com/access-hss-web… SpinLabAi

If your back hip and torso hit peak speed at the same time, you’re leaking power. The best throws are sequenced like a whip: hip → torso → arm → hand.

Arm talent almost never means arm talent. Common thread with most elite QBs I have measured on SpinLabAi is: ✅ Perfect sequencing/efficiency of kinetic chain ✅ Great timing and speed of hip-shoulder separation ✅ Good layback ✅ Great rotatory speeds (hips and torso) ✅

Smooth operator! Big time jumps past couple of weeks with the college Qs. Assess, don’t guess. Chase Nelson with an overall throw score of 92 👀

Think your release is quick? Until you time it to the hundredth of a second, it’s just a feeling. Measured = elite. Unmeasured = guesswork.

Thoughts on “Overall Throw Score” Metric This score is meant to be a reflection of YOUR throw. Use this as a tool to measure your current potential with throwing the football. 5 star QB with 70 overall throw score = maxing out 70% of their throwing potential… although they

Been looking into total arc of rotation in the shoulder during the QB throw. My hypothesis is that more total ROM = more potential for velocity… up to an extent. Too little = less layback speed = less velocity Too much = less efficient path = poor sequence and lesss velocity
